Previously l complained about the unfair blacklisting by Homechoice . They contacted me and promised to look into the matter . On the 09th of March 2023 . Mrs Lee -Ann Peterson promised to help me . She requested my ID and affidavit confirming my dispute with the Home Choice . On the 10th of March 2023 sent them and response was received with the Ref 2959136 . To date I haven't receive the results of the investigations, instead the company is forcing me to pay . My conscience is clear I didn't order blankets . I also sent them my last proof of my order which were curtains beside I don't remember placing an order for anything.
I am blacklisted at credit bureau by Homechoice, the reason,they claim I took blankets by account and the truth is that l have never took this items from their store. They called me and find out as to I have taken blankets from them and I replied with an emphatic NO answer. Subsequently, their lawyer called me about this and I also replied NO .She then asked me to send hand written signatures,ten in all. I complied with this request. They told me they are investigating the matter. It's about a year now since they claim to be investigating the matter but there is still no word about their investigations. Meanwhile I can't buy anything by credit because of this blacklisting. Please help me
