Delivery is SLOW and takes over a week+
I don't understand what going on with your delivery service lately. I live in Cape town and the Superbalist warehouse is right here. I use to get my orders in 1 to 3 days. The past few months every single order takes 5 to 7 working days. I mean hire more drivers or something. It's just absolutely pathetic service lately. Nothing comes anymore on time. The government post office is faster

Good but call centre line isn't
Look, the service was good but getting golf of an agent is near impossible. Use to be so fast. Now the number you call doesn't connect. Took me 8 calls to finally get some sort of assistance eventually.
