Be careful of this franchise. I was lured to pay R6000 for a courier driver owner partnership. I was told once, i provide proof of payment, i will be invited to workshop in Gauteng, where i will receive training, uniform plus branding for my car. After a paid and supp**** them with proof of payment, nothing materialized. They kept quiet. I was never invited to any training. When i pleaded for my refund, i was told to send proof of payment, once i did that, i was told there ia proof of me with a branded car, apparently its photos. Up to today, i am still waiting for the proof ro be sent to me. Because the proof it's none existence, i never received any. I kept veing threatened by their WhatsApp administrator with blocking. So far so good
So far so good. Always available on call when i need them. And also i like the fact that when u call, offer to take charges of the call by calling you back

Poor service
Came here at birch acress mall, just to collect a debit card on 07 august, as i had received an sms to do so. I didn't expect to wait an hour just to collect a debit card. What a poor service. Even capitec bank is way much better. The quee is so long, only 3 tellers assisting. No sense of urgency, nix. People i will advice to spare 3 hours, when you have a business to attend in this branch. I will never set my foot here again.

Poor std bank service
So std bank decided to move everything done at branch to call center and online, eish what a frustrating experience. I went to apply for car finance and second bond at festival mall std branch, i was told to use their phone to make applications, the process is long and complicated. I left the branch with no success on either of the applications i wanted to make. Myb its time i switched to fnb or nedbank.
