Bootleg merch and bad practices
The merch sold here is not legitimate and is print on demand, don’t expect quality that you wouldn’t get from any print on demand service. They also disappeared for some time due to what I assume was a copyright takedown over the past year, during this they ignored emails and took no accountability for the orders lost and money taken. Lost over R300 and had 5 separate emails ignored. I am not the only customer who lost money due to this.

Terrible drivers
One of your drivers in Gqeberha hit our car while we were in the Spar parking lot and drove away, he was also visibly intoxicated. The license plate was a GP one so I have no idea what branch but it had blue bottle liquor branding all around it.

Not worth it
Ordered a table online which arrived with a skew/not fully drilled ***** hole. When I emailed with my issue asking for a refund or a replacement, I was asked what the issue was and asked for a photo. Before I was able to reply to these emails, the issue was marked as resolved and I was sent an email explaining that I should respond to said email or the issue will be automatically marked as resolved, this was because I took a day to reply. It doesn’t help that the courier company called us to deliver the table at 8pm and said they were not going to come back the next day as it is “too much of a hassle”. We waited until 10pm and were repeatedly called by a confused courier who despite our help over the phone and a name of a complex they could have typed into google maps, had no idea where we lived. A really horrid experience overall
