PAID UP LETTER
I logged a call on the 28 of January 2026 for a paid up letter for my sleepmaster account and even called em they told me i must wait 7 to 10 days for a paid up letter ...as am writing this review no paid up letter from them like what should i do because i wan to clear my name and i wanted to do soo before credit score records come out like am struggling to find a way for them to send my paid up letter

THEY DONT TELL YOU THAT THEY CANT DELIVER UNTIL YOU ORDERED!
I dont dont recommend it shame i placed an order that is now being canceled simply because i chose delivery and their app allows me to do so to only get a call that they dont deliver and i asked them to move the order close(somerset west ) but nothing WHY IS YOU APP/ONLINE TELLING PEOPLE THAT THEY WILL NOT GET THEY DELIVERY !!!! Imagine they say "free delivery if you by over 4k" kanti is a lie

AM PAYING FOR SOMETHING I CANCELLED!
I have been with rain for close to 5 years now it breaks my heart that am getting this service from them....I had network problem the whole of h January and the only time they actually called was on the 25th when i had to pay Funny right...fine the told me to upgrade and cancel the RAIN ONE I did tell me what am i still being charged for 2 service when i have been login call for the past to month and when i call am promised its gonna get fixed am soo tired of this like you dont treat people like that.

poor network
Poor service from rain and network issues I have have received no help after logging multiple requests to support team, but as per rain Rain's ethos, we'll get back to you when we feel like it or in my case never. I've been experiencing poor network and no network, it just dissappears. No communications from the company as to why. My current experience as a Rain customer, you paying for a product but the product is not guaranteed to work FULL TIME ONLY AT CERTAIN TIMES. I have to spend and buy extra data because the device just does not want to co-operate. There was a time I would recommend Rain and would say myself their service was good. After 3 years and this is how the thank me
