Good morning With many complains that I heard over the years, when it come to the Eldorado Park Dentist. I was terrified and promise myself that I will never visit the clinic for any dental problems. But to my surprise I visit the dentist twice this year and ...Wow... what a nice experience ...friendly staff and they really show compassion and is really helpful....as for the dentist I salute them .... have anyone ever heard about attracting your tooth painless ...that was my experience twice .... that is what I call exceptional service...........Eldorando Park Extention 8 Dentistry keep up the GOOD WORK ........
AMAZING SERVICE I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY POLICY, I CONTACTED SAFRICAN AND THEY HELPED ME SO PROFFESSIONALLY WITH PROBLEM. THE AGENT WAS LISTENING TO ME INTENTIVELY AND MAKE ME EXPLAIN MY PROBLEM, THE AGENT WAS SO HELPFUL AND WHILE I WAS STILL BUSY ON A THE CALL, I RECEIVED CONFIRMATION THAT MY PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR THEIR PROFFESSIONLISM AND GREAT SERVICE I SALUTE THE AGENT (BUYISIWE) FOR HER OUTSTANDING SERVICE, I BELIEVE THAT SAFRICAN HAVE THE RIGHT PEOPLE FOR THIS JOB .......KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND AWESOME SERVICE
Pathetic .I called Blue label enquiring about my devise .The agent advise me that there is a note on the system that I must pay my account .This query is going on for 3-4 months with no success .I paid the account and they never called me about my query .Now the way they ****** people from their money ,they say i must pay for my query to be resolved .And I say "send me my devise then I will pay ..Hope this will be escalated to Management to make n decision .......Iam seriously now tired and this company want to use an excuse now to resolve my problem.
Good day With reference to your respond that I have rejected the quote with a reason that there was no physical damage to the phone, when I sent the phone in for repairs, The quotation states the phone has physical damage and that I need to pay over R1000.00 for the phone, hence Iam paying my installment every month. This is an ongoing unresolved issue, and I hereby plead with Blue Label Management to resolve my issue as Iam very frustrated. They are quick to phone about payments, but not once did they phone me with a solution to my query.
I did not receieved my phone back yet ....blue label is just contact me to find out about the phone but not .....this company is the pits .....i will advise people not to have any business with this company
Still disgusted with service I received a quote from Blue Label connect, with a ridiculous amount and with an ********* reason that they discovered that the phone was physically damaged.I called and emailed to reject the quotation and till to date I never received any feedback what the way forward is .....as we approaching month end my banking app is on the device ,which means that I will not be able to monitor my bank account ,as I experience last month where there were unauthorized transactions on my account . I Really need help with this Company.
Based on the result of the reply I received from Blue Label Connect is more frustrating than anything else. They said to me the phone was physically damaged as it was not. they gave me a telephonic quotation that is ridiculous, which I will not pay, then the agent instructed me to pay R500.00 for courier cost, how can 1 establish after almost 2 months that the phone is physically damage, with reference to all my reviews and telephone calls to this horrible company .They send me a reply on 1 of my reviews and I was just checking their replies on random complains and all of them are the same .Bull Sh..tt..ng their customers. I will not pay 1cent to this company they can forget, Iam paying my monthly installment on time. I want management to call me This is very frustrating don't know for what we are paying this company for
EXCEPTIONAL/EXCELLENT /BRILLIANT CUSTOMER SERVICE I am a customer with Unifi for some time .Just want to Salute the agent called Robin for her exceptional, professional service. She attended to my request without utmost care and consideration, she made me even forget about my problem, she was so sufficient I did not expect to be help so promptly. She will give me feedback from time to time and even if she can't get hold of me telephonically, she will send me a mail to say that she is trying to get hold of me.She is an amazing agent and deserves an accolade. Keep up the GOOD WORK
VERY BAD SERVICE .MY QUERY WITH BLUE LABEL IS NOW ONGOING FOR MORE THEN A MONTH AS WHEREBY THE TURN AROUND TIME WAS ONLY 7/14 DAYS REGARDING THE REPAIR OF MY PHONE ,EVERYTIME I CALL THEM THE AGENTS JUST ADVISE ME THAT THEY HAVE ESCALATED THE QUERY BUT THEY DID NOT RECEIVED ANY FEEDBACK FROM THE REPAIRS DEPARTMENT ,AND THAT THERE IS NOTHING THAT THEY CAN DO JUST TO WAIT ON FEEDBACK ,NOBODY ESCALATED THE QUERY TO A HIGHER LEVEL AND ME AS A CUSTOMER MUST JUST ACCEPT.AS A REPUTABLE COMPANY I CANT IMAGINE THE SERVICE THAT BLUE LABEL CONNECT IS GIVING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS I WROTE SEVERAL REVIEWS OF HELLO PETER AND NOT EVEN 1 REPLY OR CALL FROM THEM ,WHICH CLEARLY MEANS THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT THEIR PRIORITY AND THEY JUST DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS ,IF YOU DONT PAY THE ACCOUNT THEY WILL BLACK LIST YOU VERY QUICKLY AND WILL CALL YOU ABOUT 10 TIMES A DAY FOR PAYMENT . AS A CUSTOMER IAM REALLY DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE. I WILL NOT REFER ANY 1 TO BLUE LABEL .
UNHAPPY CUSTOMER SINCE I HAD WROTE A REVIEW ABOUT BLUE LABEL CONNECT TO DATE THERE WHERE NO REPLY FROM THEM WHICH I THINK IS ABSOLUTELY HORABLE SERVICE .I AGAIN SPOKE TO AN AGENT TODAY AND SHE TOLD ME THAT THEY ARE WAITING FOR THEIR REPAIRS DEPARTMENT THAT DID NOT GIVE THEM FEEDBACK AS THEY ARE NOT DOING FOLLOW UP ..UNLESS THE CUSTOMER CALL THEY JUST ESCALATE THE QUERY .SO THERE NOTHING THAT THEY CAN DO .IAM DISGUSTED THAT A SO CALLED REPUTABLE COMPANY LIKE THIS CAN JUST IGNORE THE IMPORTANCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND JUST ACT LIKE THEY DONT CARE ....BUT IF YOU SKIP THEM WITH 1 MONTHS PAYMENT THEY BLACKLIST YOU .....SO WHERE CAN I BLACKLIST THEM NOW ....AS THEY NOT STICKING TO SIDE OF THE CONTRACT IS TO PROVIDE ME WITH SERVICE
