I submitted a claim yesterday. I went for the assessment yesterday. My claim was authorized today 😁Sabata Malobola is fantastic and Momentum never disappoints with their exceptional service!
I selected the 25th as my debit date. Every month they debit me on any date they feel like, after the 25th. I download the app to change it because I never authorized this but it so useless you cant do anything. I then opted to use the chat function only to be talking to myself, nobody ever answered me. I tried again on Friday to use the chat function and the agent ended it as soon as ot started. I got a call today, I explained my frustrations and the advisor cut the call in my ear. I called the call center at 11h12 this morning, I am still on hold and it is now 12h49. This is beyond words. If there were a negative rating id gladly do that. Do yourself a favour and do not engage with Mweb, there are many other service providers out there

I registered a claim yesterday (8 May 2025) for my lost car keys. Simone Naidoo assisted me and advised what the insurers required to process the claim I obtained the necessary documents and my claim was approved the same day!! I've been with Momentum for about five years and the service only gets better and better. Thank you Simone for the painless process and swift assistance.
I got a call from a representative of Greenpeace Africa. He asked if I would be in a position to make a contribution of R100, to which I declined. He took this as an opportunity to ********ly process a debit order of R300!!!! I am unbelievably disgusted at the audacity of this company, this not being the first time this has happened. I used to make monthly contribution and stopped when my finances no longer allowed. R300 may seem small but it is my R300 to feed myself and my child which they helped themselves to when I explicitly said no.
I was assisted by Mmapaseka Tshoshi following receipt of my annual renewal policy. She was patient and kind, and called me back (with awesome news 😃) as promised. Give that girl a Bells 🥂
