unpaid contribution- not reinstating
MY mother joined and missed 3payments and no email or a courtesy call to say we have a problem please make a payment, they are coming back to say there is 67 days whatever, so policy is cancelled. not happy cannot treat a pensioner that way and also refuse to reinstate and pay outstanding contributions Thank you
