What is wrong with netstar,who ever calls me they all tell me there is no comments on the system to explain my dispute with netstar.On the 05.12.24 got an sms to say i owe R128,.13.12.24 I just received a call to say I owe R206.can I received an email from netstar to explain the charges where by I told them the car was sold in August.
Guys I now need help,I don't know how many times should I send emails to Netstar,telling them I do not have a car,and they dnt stop debiting my account. I have sent emails asking them to track the car they are debiting for,no answer?.they now send sms for me to call them ,we must pay them and do collection again for them while they can't get their records straight. Plz stop debiting me I do not have an account with you nor the car,it was sold in August .

I am so disappointed with Absa .in 2022 I was retrenchment and advised Absa on that matter and paid an amount of R100000.00 towards my car financed there after called absa to ask what benefit is to my installment if I make that payment, my ask to Absa was for them to reduce my installment until .I get a job.A consultant told Mr that was not possible, is better for me to request a refund so I can continue to make my monthly installment using the R100000.00 I paid previously. I did as advised .in Decenmber 2024 I requested for installment decrease hoping my food business will do better.I tried paying absa even though there was no money coming in . 2024 August I paid Absa credit card in error,where by I have an arrangement with the credit card which I honor monthly. In August after paying credit card in error I called absa to request that the money paid to credit card be transferred to my car finance,I was told that I can not talk to Absa credit card legal department. I went to the branch called absa to please assist as my car will be repossessed.i sent emails to the internal recovery with no luck of them returning any on my emails. I thought Absa cared for their customers, I want to pay my car as it is my only source of income to support my family.I have requested the debt collector France to please give me until end of the month to sort this issue with Absa.All I am asking absa is that they please transfer the amount from credit card to Absa car finance as I continue to make payment on both account. France want to reposses my car now ,and I can not afford to lose it not now please . I have been on a discovery medical aid for more than 10yrs in the 10 yrs my deductions has never been less than 5K.I have been admitted 2time at a low cost hospital,Now that I am retrenched and have used my saving ,Discovery claims that I owe them 2K ,what happened to the money that they were deducting saying is for hospital stay and in those year non of the members were admitted.for 8 yrs I paid 8k+ only have 10k savings for the year ,I paid discovery 960k for a year and only received 10K a year for saving ,my hospital bill was less that 250K Is this fair or these medical aids are only robbing us of our money
I bought a perfume from Truworths versace pour Femme the perfume was a fongkong,I would suggest versace follow Up on this as this is a negative rating on their perfume if they would allow Truworths to sell perfume so expensive and not meet the customers expectations .My perfume was bought at Truworths THEGLEN
I bought myself a perfume at Truworths THE GLEN in February for my birthday it was a versace brand the perfume caused me R1700 .I used the perfume and did not even smell ,when I returned it to Truworths they took it and claimed they will contact the supplier,and they promised to call me in two days time ,15days passed no call from them I had to go to the store to find out what has happened to my query as Truworths is now calling me to pay their account.when I get there the lady lied to say they contacted the supplier as the supplier said there was nothing wrong with the perfume Now they expect me to take the perfume back 15days later ,and one can never return anything to a retail store and they accept it 15days later , I am very unhappy with service from Truworths .I demand a Wittenberg email stating the procedure confirming that there is nothing faulty with the perfume
