A Must Read.
1. Trinity Properties does not like people of colour. Very absolutely racist. Terminated my lease and told me "I don't need to tell you why I terminated your lease." 2. Every time Matthew comes to read the electricity meter, he is SO HIGH. That's why my electric bill is high. There are tenants living here that don't pay rent. But my bill is through the roof??? 3. Apparently we drive with an attitude and it's a problem for the agent. I don't even know what to say, must we smile and be humble with the neighbors when we are driving in? We pay just like some of them do every month. 4. White neighbors have power over where you park and where your laundry must be hung. The agent complains on behalf of the white tenants, but when a person of colour raises a concern it's not an issue. When you tell you the agent that you are being bullied over an unallocated washing line, it's not an issue for them. 5. There are white people doing drugs in the complex. They cause scenes and make noise. They party and make noise the whole night every week day - - Nothing happens to them. BUT when we talk loud, the owner comes into the unit to shout at you for talking loud. 6. We must leave the complex the very same month the lease is terminated but the owners wife tells us that a white person has been living here for 6 months without paying and they are granted something called "squatters rights". 7. The rules stipulate: no kids, not more than 2 people allowed and no pets allowed. There are kids living in these bachelor flats, with both parents even though it's not suitable for children. There is a grown-up family of three living together in the bachelor flat. Multiple neighbors own pets. YET, we are being told to leave because a tenant does not like where we hang our laundry (remember the washing line is not allocated to units) and we haven't even used the washing line because my washing machine has been broken since November. I can post my repairs and maintenance slip for the washing machine as proof. For months this man has been allowed to bully us, over a washing line that we are not using. The agent told me that: I must be strong because that tenant has been living here for years. I have also been living here for years?? The end.
