Keagan Adonis 7 reviews·1 photo just now New Vox is the worst company I've ever dealt with honestly. This is pure daylight *******. Firstly, my Fibre with vox was canceled end November 2024. Between them and Skynet they arranged collection of the hardware for 29/11/2024 -to which, nobody pitches for collection, no communication from either one of them. Fast forward to 19/03/2025 I get an email stating that I will be charged R1999 for non return of hardware. I then reached out to Vox and advise them of this and that they must just come and collect the router. They said they couldn't schedule another collection and that I must drop it off at their store in Thornton. Fast forward some more after realizing that Vox or Skynet were not going to fulfill their job and I just wanted to be done with Vox. I take the router there, only for the guy to tell me I had the wrong power supply in the box, the power supply worked but it was for TP Link and not the Microtik router I was returning. So because of this they would pass a credit to my account for R250. So in short they want to charge me +-R1750 for a power supply. Now I have to go search my home for the power supply and drive out there again just to give them something they could probably get from their supplier for R150. I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO NOT SIGN UP WITH VOX, RATHER PAY A BIT MORE NOT TO DEAL WITH THEM.
Comx Networks have let me down once again after I have decided to give them a chance to rectify their terrible service they have provided to me. I was told it would take 3 days for a technician to come to my premises. On day 3 they phone me to tell me that the technician will come out on Tuesday (5 Days after the 3 day period). I was absolutely furious and have now requested for the Manager/Owner of the company to phone me or my cancellation will be affective immediate. I cannot pay for a 200/200Mbps Fibre Line at R1040 a month to barely achieve 50Mbps and constant packet loss with such an inconsistent Internet Connection. It is unfortunate that I am experiencing such difficulty with Fibre as I have only been in CPT for 6 months and have had no joy because of Route Networks which is a sister company to Comx Networks. They do not know how to provide consistent internet and unfortunately I now have to look at LTE as an option as I have another 6 months on my lease and cannot continue on Fibre with these issues.
Worst experience ever with an ISP. Their support guys don't know how to provide support, their management team cannot keep in contact regarding issues. You are just expected to wait and carry on experiencing terrible internet that you've paid for. Absolute nonsense.
