If I could give a negative star rating I would…The worst service EVER😡 don’t understand why the manager felt the need to come educate me on how meat is done without confirming my order first. He went as far as taking my fork and touching my food🤯 and told us that he has the best chefs blah blah blah…I’ve been to proud Mary a couple of times and the food was always great so that manager/owner(as he was so quick to mention) needs to get off the the floor or work on he’s people skills because that’s not how you deal with paying customers.
Great service, overall, product and packaging was on point. Cool experience all-in-all. Will be ordering again because they have a wide range of products.
If I could give a minus rating I would…FNB is such a useless bank, how can R5000 go off my account without my approval and when I report it within 12hrs and the funds are still reserved I’m told they can only cancel my card and I have to wait 7-30days for it to be investigated? That’s just mind boggling honestly. If it’s reserved doesn’t that beg the question that the transaction can still be reversed? How can one trust that they funds are safe with this bank if they can’t give proper answers, effectively and efficient solutions?…the consultants also need to be better equipped to handle such cases because a mere card cancellation and to be told of 7-30days investigation waiting period is EXTREMELY unacceptable. FNB needs to do better!
