I wrote a review on 3 businesses, Mark on Motors in Springs and Henco Service Center in Witbank. I gave you their email addresses, you said they were not reachable. I am really disappointed in your service. I don't know what kind of people or problems do you attend to. Am really disappointed.
They broke my clutch switch,when I asked for he broken part, they couldn't give,they broke my bonnet wire and didn't tell me, fortunately I tried to open the bonnet before leaving,only to find out it is broken.They lost my fuse cover,when I told them their boss said it didn't come with a cover and that all ford cars dont come with a cover.I went to Ford and took a picture of the cover, when I tried to show him he told me to fock off.
They assured me that all their cars go for service before they are taken to the floor .But when I got home there was no service book,no record of service for the car.I have been asking for the record of the csr ,nothing is coming up,now they even ignore my emails.
They refused to pay for 3rd party's damaged car,they said the damages must be more than my car s damage.But the contract says they can pay up to 5million rands of the 3rd party.I am very disappointed.
They explained everything that I needed to know ,so far I am happy.
