I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my experience with Cartrack. I have been a client for several years. Following an unsatisfactory experience relating to the installation of an additional tracker, I elected to cancel all my services, including tracking for two vehicles. On 15 April, I made full and final settlement of my account in the amount of R3,954.23 (Reference: STOR00157). This payment was intended to close my account completely. Despite this: * I have continued to receive daily calls after 15th April 2026 and messages alleging outstanding amounts. * I have sent multiple emails with proof of payment to various representatives, including a consultant named Fortunate, without resolution. * I specifically requested that Cartrack finance department verify my payment, which has not been actioned. * A debit order was ********ly reinstated after I canceled it on my banking app and yet Cartrack deducted from my bank account at the end of April, despite my account being settled and the debit order cancelled. This conduct constitutes harassment and unauthorized billing. I have demand Cartrack the following: 1. Immediate confirmation that my account is fully settled and closed. 2. A full refund of any unauthorized debit order deductions. 3. Written confirmation that all collection activity will cease. 4. A formal explanation as to how this error occurred. I informed Cartrack should this matter not be resolved within 5 working days, I will escalate the matter to the National Consumer Commission and the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud.
I am an existing client of cartrack and have from 8 May 2024 send numerous mails to downgrade an existing vehicle package to only pay R99 per month. The many mails I have asked for feedback on why the system was not downgraded i did not get feedback neither up to today 3 july 2024 was the request completed , Yet cartrack continious to bill me monthly for the higher rate and blatently ignores my requests. I have also asked to speak to manager and up to date no manager has called me to make arrangements for the down grade. I find the service absulutely unacceptable .
To whom it may concern I have used montana to repair dent in double cab. Taking it back with wrong Colour applied and after this was fixed then what a struggle to get Tiaan the owner to replace badge for the raider and also the middle gear console to be replaced after some chemicals used for whatever reason damaged the gear console. After two months and several visits by myself to Tiaan the owner with empty promises after contacting supplier myself finding out no parts have been ordered. I would not recommend sparkling auto montana to anyone. No one deserves this poor service and empty promises.
