I had my car washed at Sparkling Auto today. The cleaning was substandard. There were bird waste still on the car, the inside were not vacuumed properly and still full of dust. The wheels were not polished although I paid R150

Auto Sparkling Centurion, horrible service, arrogant Zim manager who failed to take accountability when my headsets worth 3k disappeared from car. They claim to offer the quickest car wash 😂😂😂 they just rinse your car and claim that you need to polish the car to remove ordinary dirt. Take your car elsewhere!!!

Auto Sparkling Centurion, horrible service, arrogant Zim manager who failed to take accountability when my headsets worth 3k disappeared from car. I took my car to Irene Mall branch on 5 Jan for a much, needed FULL valet service. When I returned the afternoon as I approached my car it looked like the windscreen was dirty with dust, so naturally I just wiped it off. Only to find that the whole windscreen is full of multiple small chips. So many that I cannot count!! I immediately complained. I was told the owner is too busy to speak with me and will call me the following day 6 Jan. I was expected to pay and leave without the problem being addressed, without an apology, without a resolution. Clearly the staff was unable to help me and the owner who was called.....did nothing. The inside of the car roof that was supposed to be cleaned, has brown marks on it. The wax residue is still visible on several parts of the car. The car seats today on 8 Jan is still wet. AND NO ONE HAS CALLED ME AS PROMISED. I can only assume nothing will be done. Do not take your cars here.

I took my car in to Sparkling Auto Care at Menlyn retail on 28 March 2023 for dent and spray paint. My car was ready on 31 March 2023 at 6pm knock off time. I arrived at the branch at 6pm, they were still busy cleaning my car. I checked around my car and there was new scratches and chipped paint and point it out to Shaw ( not sure the spelling of his name), his responses were "the chipped paint was there before and we can polish out the scratched marks". Unfortunately it was knock off time so I told Shaw, I will arrange to bring my car in again for car polish. I took my car and on my way home, I realized my radio was not working, two perfumes in the storage compartment and two fabric softener were missing. When I got out of my car, I realized that my arial was missing that is why my radio was not working. On 1 April 2023, I called Sparkling Auto Care and they told me to bring the car in, the arial should be in the car somewhere because they had to remove the arial to wrap the car before spray painting. I met with Henk or Hank at the branch and explained to him that I have searched all over my car for the arial but still did not find it. I even told him about the new chipped paint, scratches and stuff that was ****** out of my car. Henk/Hank response was "it is the clients responsibility for personal belongings inside of the car" which I responded "it is not my main concern, my main concern is that your staff has sticky finger and nothing and noone will be hold accountable for this and it will continue". Henk/Hank assure me that he will find out what happened to my arial, he will check CCTV and that if he sees anything suspicion of theft, he will dismiss that guilty person/people. Henk/Hank said he will investigate this matter and get back to me on Monday, 3rd April 2023, as you guess no communication. I called on 4th April 2023 with regards to my arial still nothing. I did not get a feedback with regards to the theft either. I forgot to mention the cleaning job that they did was shocking to say the least. Henk/Hank and Shaw offered to clean and polish my car but I do not trust them and their staff. All and all I would not recommend them to anyone and good luck to those people who has their car in at the branch. **The two perfume that was taken out of my car were original perfumes, one was Calvin Klein and the other one was DKNY Delicious. I am not a materialist person therefore I did not make a big deal of this. Unfortunately I have a feeling that nothing has been done. there was no investigation and noone was hold accountable for this. To whom it may concern I have used montana to repair dent in double cab. Taking it back with wrong Colour applied and after this was fixed then what a struggle to get Tiaan the owner to replace badge for the raider and also the middle gear console to be replaced after some chemicals used for whatever reason damaged the gear console. After two months and several visits by myself to Tiaan the owner with empty promises after contacting supplier myself finding out no parts have been ordered. I would not recommend sparkling auto montana to anyone. No one deserves this poor service and empty promises.

On 2 March 2022 i Took my bakkie in to Sparkling auto Montana for the very first time to get washed and the bakkie's canopy got damaged by the manager (Renier Steyn), when he drove the bakkie to move it to a different location he left the canopy door open and it got caught up by a hanging chain and damaged the door. Now at first Renier admitted to the damage and said he will fix it where the Sparkling auto employees from the autobody repairs side will do it. Upon receiving the bakkie the damage was not repaired properly and the bakkie was so dirty and i was not happy at all. I Told Renier that i was not happy and said that i will get a quote from the people that made the canopy to replace the door, i forwarded the quote to Renier and he said that he will also get a quote as my quote was too expensive. Its now been more than a month and im not getting any responses from Renier at all and i even went to the Owner (Tiaan Strydom) and explained the whole situation to him and he also said that he WILL not pay the damages and that he will get his own people to get it fixed. Its been been almost three weeks and he is also not responding to my messages nor giving me feedback. Both Renier and Tiaan just gave me excuses in the start of all of this and the fact that they refuse to pay the damages that they caused just shows bad character Sparkling Auto CARE is responsible for any damages caused when a car is in their care but they but they simply just dont care at all otherwise this issue would have been resolved long time ago.

Dropped off my brand new Toyota Hilux Legend 50 at Sparkling Auto Care in Irene mall on Saturday and 1,5 hours later when I went to collect, it was gone!!! Disappeared from their care without a trace. Staff and owner could not answer as to where the vehicle went except that it was gone! The agreement was of course that, they would wash my vehicle for an agreed fee and that they would return it to my possession afterwards. It's with sadness and disappointment that the financial loss incurred by me after this incident, is purely for my own account. Think carefully before leaving your vehicle in their care and trust!
