I had my car washed at Sparkling Auto today. The cleaning was substandard. There were bird waste still on the car, the inside were not vacuumed properly and still full of dust. The wheels were not polished although I paid R150
Raslouw hospital case managers went from hero to zero. They do not comply to medical aid procedures and do not ensure pre-authorisation prior to performing procedures. They then want to keep the patient liable.
Tonight I ordered 24 zinger wings from KFC Wierdapark. When it arrived the wings were not properly cooked and I only received 16 wings instead of 24. I think this is really bad service and food preparation.

Vodacom fibre is extremely poor. I bought a 200MB uncapped service in order to stream without problems, but what I got was the opposite. I struggle to stream as I constantly experience audio delay and constant glitches or sticky streaming. I expected to stream FHD but cannot even stream HD. One get throttled outside what the Fair Usage policy details. I reported this at least once a month for the past year snd nothing improves, I cannot wait for my contract to run out so I can go to another ISP. My neighbor streams with a 25MB fibre line, from Telkom no problem.
Their delivery services are extremely poor and unorganized.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM AREEMI, THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS. I bought adjustable glasses on the 13.05.2020 from Areemi.com paid $29.87 USD (492.2 ZAR), trying to get hold of them on support@areemi.com since April 2020. The first mail returned indicated delivery takes 5-14 weeks. It is now October 2020 and nothing received yet. They now also do not answer any mails, I've send about 6 mails and no response.
I do not know how Finrite got the contract to insure Vodacom and Telkom Phones. Finrite is totally useless and unresponsive. I've been trying for 5 days calling them 6 times a day and they just do not answer. I've send an email 18 Feb 2019, no response. Then I wrote a nasty mail on the 22nd of Feb 2019 to ********** ********** I then got a response with a form attached to fill in. What the &*%$, why can it not be completed at the vodacom shop where you buy or upgrade your phone? I think Vodacom and Finrite should part ways, both are extremely disappointing, complicating a simple thing ie completing a form for insurance. It is always easy to make everything the responsibility of the customer and then play dead. Pathetic is not strong enough to explain FinRite's service.
I am extremely disappointed in Vodacom Outlet Services. In the past when you bought as cellphone or upgraded a contract receiving a new phone insurance was arranged at the outlet/shop where you got the new device/phone. All of a sudden the insurance on the headset now became the responsibility of the customer, in the past it was completed in store where the phone was bought. The customer now has to contact FinRite whom are the most useless company on earth. How can Vodacom transfer this responsibility to the customer, this is absolutely deviating from customer service. I've now tried for 7 days to get my phone insurance updated without success. Vodacom just play dead and FinRite does not answer their phones or respond to emails.
