Selling old stock disguised as new product.
Ordered synthetic oil from website with correct approvals and specifications Top Tech 6600 0w20. Delivered oil is 4 years old without correct approvals and specifications. Was told by Tambani, it's the same oil only the sticker is different. Obviously he is clueless as the new spec oil meets latest manufacturer approvals with new additives. Always trusted Liqui Moly but will now move to a different brand.

Tracker - Bad product and service
Phone to report that the tracker device is not working and giving the wrong location of my vehicle since Saturday 12th November. Tracker staff are just not interested in sending a technician urgently to resolve.

Stolen my vehicle at their premises in Irene
Dropped off my brand new Toyota Hilux Legend 50 at Sparkling Auto Care in Irene mall on Saturday and 1,5 hours later when I went to collect, it was gone!!! Disappeared from their care without a trace. Staff and owner could not answer as to where the vehicle went except that it was gone! The agreement was of course that, they would wash my vehicle for an agreed fee and that they would return it to my possession afterwards. It's with sadness and disappointment that the financial loss incurred by me after this incident, is purely for my own account. Think carefully before leaving your vehicle in their care and trust!

Mitmak Motors- disappointing, never again!!!
Bought my car from Mitmak Motors in October 2020. Still waiting for the spare key. Vehicle was picked up twice by Mitmak Motors. Today 13/01/2021 Mitmak driver picked up my car and I was informed the vehicle "should be ready by 14:00". After numerous follow up phone calls to Ashley I have had absolutely no feedback as to where is my vehicle? I work in the Free State and have no transport to get there. Shame on you Mitmak! This is not what I expected from a leading dealership!!!

Disappointing Mitmak!!!
Purchased a Mercedes Benz GLA200. Was promised 2 keys but only received one key. Was promised proof of extended warranty and when last the vehicle was serviced by Mercedes Benz...still waiting for confirmation. Registration documents and disc still outstanding. No feedback from Ashley or Stefan. I bought this car with full trust in MitMak as a brand of keeping to their promise. Disapointed!!!
