Unfair extra charge
Due to the flysafair strike, my flight times changed. I picked up the car at 3pm, and was told that the agent would give us an extra hour, so we could return it at 4pm. My flight was at 8pm that night, so I was under the impression that it was out of kindness that they gave me an extra hour, so that we would only have to wait 3 hours as opposed to 4 hours at the airport. NOWHERE was it mentioned that I would be charged an entire day for the extra hour. Had I known, I either would have returned the car at 3pm, OR spent longer with friends and returned the car at 7pm. I would be an idiot to take an extra hour for a full day charge!!! I am extremely upset about the extra charge without any communication from the company. I have tried explaining to them, and they are not interested.

Brilliant in every way!
If I could give 6 stars to this company, I would. The workmanship and professionalism shown by Cemlink Construction was beyond anything that I have experienced from a construction company previously. The offices they built for me are truly beautiful. I would HIGHLY recommend them. De Wet, the owner is an absolute gentleman, and everything he promised me, he delivered.

SHOCKING SERVICE PICK N PAY ASAP
I place a large order, almost R2000, on ASAP and included a jar of Hellmans Mayonnaise, which has been impossible to source for months now. I still had a jar open of another brand, but I bought it anyway, as it is so difficult to find. opening the jar 3 weeks later, the product was off. I checked the expiry date, and it was for 2024. I sent a message to customer service, and they told me to go to Epsom Downs PnP who would assist me. I was passed from one person to another, and after half an hour I was informed that they could not assist me, and that I must go back to ASAP customer service, and ask them to credit the purchase for me. I wrote back to the customer service, and they told me there was nothing they could do, as the return policy is 2 weeks, I totally accept this policy if the product is perishable, however I don't believe it is fair under these circumstances, especially as I had placed such a big order, and my complaint was legitimate. I will not go back to Pick n Pay ever again, unless they can resolve my issue. Disgusting service Pick n Pay.

Wonder Booth Photo Booth Hire Sucks
WARNING - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY My daughter kindly organised me an amazing 60th birthday party on the 25th February. My friends loved the idea of the photo booth, and all of them wrote in a book for me. It is more than a month later, and there is no sign of my book, and they are ignoring my daughters calls and messages. I fear my memories have been paid for and gone forever. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!
