DO NOT USE! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL
We found this company’s website while searching for a photo booth for our year-end function. The initial experience seemed promising—we received a competitive quote almost immediately and paid the deposit. After that, communication completely stopped. There was no booking confirmation, no follow-up, nothing. The contact number on the website didn't work and when I sent a driver to the listed address, it turned out to be a storage facility. With only two days left before the event and still no response, we had to secure another service provider at the last minute. Shockingly, Abraham only contacted me one day before the event for the first time. When I requested a refund, he refused and suggested that I should have made more effort to reach him i.e. social media channels. This experience was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Terrible service
Terrible post event service. Abraham promised digital images of the event the day after the event and has not delivered. He does not respond to whatsapp or phone calls.

Abraham seems so lovely to deal with. He over promises and under delivers. You don't hear from him after he has been paid in full. More than that, his photo quality is sh*t. He has promised me a link to download digital copies of all the pictures taken on the day but to no avail. You live and learn... Goed koop is deur koop!

Abraham seems so lovely to deal with. He over promises and under delivers. You don't hear from him after he has been paid in full. More than that, his photo quality is sh*t. He has promised me a link to download digital copies of all the pictures taken on the day but to no avail. You live and learn... Goed koop is deur koop!

DO NOT hire!! This is a ****!! I paid the 50% deposit and afterwards Abraham ghosted me. There's been no telephonic or whatsapp communication sent to me, after payment was made. Thankfully this happened before my event, in time to find a reputable replacement!

Do NOT believe the positive reviews, the owner, Abraham Matshinge, probably got his friends to post to cover up the previous negative reviews. All the positive reviews were posted within a 2 day period. He took our deposit, ghosted us and never showed up to the event. I am still waiting to hear back from him about 1) why he never showed up nor bothered to contact me at all after receiving payment and 2) when I can expect my refund. But I know that will never happen. BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS.
