NO "WONDER" THERE ARE SO MANY BAD REVIEWS!!
Abraham seems so lovely to deal with. He over promises and under delivers. You don't hear from him after he has been paid in full. More than that, his photo quality is sh*t. He has promised me a link to download digital copies of all the pictures taken on the day but to no avail. You live and learn... Goed koop is deur koop!

Great Experience with Naked!
I had a really great experience with Naked Insurnace from beginning to end of my accident claim. After always having a broker to assist me with my claims, I wasn't sure how I was going to deal with it, but the Naked team was there to assist every step of the way. They were so friendly, helpful and held my hand throughout the process. I highly recommend them.

OneDayOnly... appalling service!!!!
I waited ages to get my order. When I eventually got it, the boots didn't fit me, so I immediately emailed to return them and to be refunded, like any other normal online business works. I keep getting emails saying that you are experiencing high volumes and will get back to me asap. No one has bothered to come back to me. It's been over a week. The funny thing is that when I posted about it on Facebook, many of my friends said they are experiencing the same issue. How do you run a business?? How are you still in business?
