Only two lifts were working, one escalator was out of order. End of month shopping with my mom of 81y were hectic. There was just one tap in the ladies bath room with water. No paper towels and the hand dryer does not work. It iis not a pleasure to shop at Mall @Carnival.
I did get a email back from MTN Customer services after 48hours that informed me the contract was cancelled.
I have had no proper help since Monday 27/03/23. Took out a new contract on 17/03/23 and the DSV Courier came to deliver on Saturday 25/03/23. His machine could not read my thumb prints so he left with the phone. I have been phoning MTN AND DSV since Monday. I have been put through from one department to the next and cut off. I feel totally lost. How can a big company like MTN have such bad service?
