i logged a call on the 24th July at 7h00 am to complain that my water meter box is leaking and the pipes are making funny noise I WAS Given reference number 0006 and till today i have not seen any technician to come and fix it. I have been calling the call center and they all escalating it. imagine i have been without water from then.
I over paid y dstv account on the 20th of Feb and was told to send documents on PDF format I did exactly that on the 24th of Feb was told refund will be done within 7 to 14 working days. Till today I have not received my Money when I call to speak to a supervisor the phone is put on hold for long, an the answer I get is a team leader will call me back n they never did... Am tired of multichoice I need that money it's for my living expenses.. I wish I could part ways with this company for good after this treatment or this abuse if I may say.
