Admin and customer service are so poor. Trying to make a booking at the Spa is an absolute nightmare. Phonecalls not returned. When you finally get an invoice demanding payment within 24 hours then the day, times and treatment details are wrong. Trying to get the invoice corrected is clearly asking way too much. Have had 2 incorrect invoices. After a week of back and forth I have cancelled my booking - just cant risk it. I cant believe how customers are simply ignored.
It comes as no surprise that at the time of writing this, 85% of the 4984 reviews of Standard Bank Insurance are 1 measly star. Pathetic, shameful and embarrassing. So disappointed in the bank of which I have been a member since my first account was opened for me as a child. Why does it take weeks to get an answer from your so called 'team'? Why do you ignore your customers emails? Are we too annoying? Why is it up to the customer to request feedback again and again? Then your team member calls the customer 'irate'. Because he dare be annoyed that he must beg for feedback? Why do you use contractors who cant even supply an assessment report? Kindly communicate - we pay our insurance monthly, and you are happy to accept that payment- the VERY VERY least you can do is respond to my email. Claim - HLB010852993 Good grief.
