I Went to Bernina Rustenburg with an example of what i needed . To make sure i get the right one the lady first lectured me and then gave me the Bernina version of what i wanted i bought 2 so i don't have to travel 2 times . i tried putting it in at home and it did not fit when i went back the next day i was just told no we don't exchange but let me check for the right one ( They didn't have it). She also asked when am i bringing my machine in for the service. They not only **** and gave me the wrong item but wasted my time and money. They just want money and because of this i will not take my machine to them for its yearly service ( I found a Privately owned company that is now servicing all our machines yearly ) . It will be the same conversation with Bernina if something goes wrong during the servicing . I'll never buy anything from them again . You can't trust them. I get times a tough but to do in your customers this way says a lot about a business.
If I could give a 0 stars I would. They are extremely helpful until you make payment then no one understands the course. I have been battling with the for 4 years now studying for a Diploma in Human Resources Management and Practices NQF5. With every question I have asked I get like 5 different answers non of them the same. I am finely busy with the last exam or so think as this it self is also unclear its called the Final Integrated exam . I have been told not to worry it wil just be another assessment and now after i made my payment the story change again. I am now being told no its an exam but they don't know where my venue wil be i will only be told a few days ahead of time it might not evenbe in my town. I still have no idea what is happening as every day the story and answers change. I have spent of R 40 000.00 on my studies which is more then I would have at a university that is actually interested in my education. They made previous exams available on the student portal which would have been a grate idea but they will not provide the answers to these previous exams even after i have requested many timrs. So the exams are just there to confuse you and question yourself as you wil never know if you are correct or not if you truly understand the work or not. It seems like Milpark has turned into a **** and nothing more. You have to pay an large amount and do al the work your self with no useful help form them. The consultants are rude and don't know anything other then how to make payment. I wil also not provide my student number as they have a way of making your life a lot more difficult once you complain instead of actually resolving the issues purposely losing applications or failing you or delaying you to the point of them failing you so you are forced to pay again and try again.
This must be one of the worst service experiences I have had in a long time. I used to go the Chamdor in Krugersdorp but after begin treated poorly i stopped. You would ask some one the cut the fabrics you collected with out anyone's help as they are not responsible for that. Only to be told no that person will do it I am not doing it. You go to the other person and the same thing. They are so rude and unwilling to help any one. Price are labeled wrong and discount are not as advertised and you only find this out when you go to pay. After al of these problems I decided to rather order online as it is supposed to be easy. It is not! I placed an order online I send then emails and whatsapps with no answers for over a week asking what is going on was my order received and so on as I received no response or anything. After I send a complaint I was told more then half of wat I wanted is no longer available. Special that was running expired due to the delay on there side. I got upset and was told not to over react. A week later I still have not received my fabric I paid for and when i ask what is happening I am being told they did reply. They did not. I will be looking for a different supplier even if it cost me more.
