I find this to be the worst utility’s app I’ve ever used, firstly I feel like it’s ****ming us users because we cannot even track our usage on the app on a day to day basis, you cannot track your usage on the app itself they just show you an amount deducted that you cannot verify its authenticity, this one time they came back charging me R530 and when I tried to see charges there was a 1 liner of “last 10days”, when I queried this I was not satisfied with the response that was provided to me and there is nothing else that I could do but to just say ok to charity who was trying to assist me. What’s irritating they just randomly comeback and state “last 2 days” and charge R201,81. We cannot even budget for electricity because you cannot monitor what’s happening, I honestly believe this is just a fancy way to rip their customers knowing very well that we are stuck in complexes that we have signed a year’s contract and we cannot just stop using it. The complex that I live in is truly amazing the only down part is that they use Fungi utilities! If I had a choice I would go back to using MANUFLO! Honestly fungi is the worst utility thing I’ve ever used!
I was place in debt review under false pretences by a company, I had filed a complaint with NCR and gave them all the information and my explanation as to why I believe this particular company had placed me under debt review, my issue is that Alvirah Phiri has not provided me with any feedback since February 2025, I have been sending follow ups and calling however she does not respond, at some point the receptionist took my number and said that Alvirah was on another line and he sent him/her a WhatsApp that I am trying to get ahold of him/her and they said I would get a call back he (the receptionist) had sent her a message and Alvirah responded with thumbs up (confirming that I will get a call back) this was about 2 if not 3 weeks ago and still I have not received a call from Alvirah, I have sent emails explaining my frustration and that I am just looking for feedback but it’s like Alvirah does not even care about me as a person that he/she is handling a complaint of, I’ve even asked if anyone else can look into this complaint (C61927). I am writing this complaint with hopes that someone will reach out to me with regards to my matter. I have been trying to get any form of feedback from Alvirah Phiri, it had been a full year of my not seeing anything being done with regards to my complaint.
I was in Makro Alberton, I was assisted by a very rude woman who after I had explained to her that I’m went over my budget so I’m waiting on my partner to transfer more money to me to cover their rest of my bill she then replies to me and says (in Zulu) “uyazi uma ubungekho lana engabe ngihambile and ungimpshela isilhathi” direct translation “do you know that if you were not here I would have left along time ago and for a mere of fact you are waisting my time” the lady that was addicting the cashier even agreed with me that her colleague was wrong as I had apologies multiple times for the delay as I could see that the store is about to close. Is this the service that a paying customer should get at Makro? I have NEVER BEEN THIS DISRESPECTED AND IRRITATED IN MY LIFE!!! This is disgusting service to receive I would like you to let me know why was I treated like this My slip number is 596 Cashier number is 4362 Store M24 POS Number is 45 May the above assist with tracking person who assisted me so that she can maybe advise why did she treat me like garbage (and honestly that’s how I felt).
