I am a DEAF !! Customer suppose to use the app.Tgey discriminate against DEAF!!! Customers because they have not updated their systems to accommodate us according to the Human Rights acts.They continuously insist I phone their number because I am and have been denied access to login to my account since my phones were ****** with my old phone numbers and email that were linked to my account.Why do they treat DEAF!!! Senior customers in such a disgusting,degraded manner?
This complaint was never solved since the 15-01-2024. They are not restoring my old account.They ask unreasonable questions even though I confirmed who I am !!!! I made a complaint here on the 12-01-2024 GE Capital de*****ed me from R4280 and up to date no ,replies nor refund of my money. No phone calls, I am DEAF!!! I am also sending my previous complaint regarding this complaint to the bank ombudsman.Tymebank is no good news to any customers.Their systems do not accommodate the customers needs
I urgently need my medical aid certificates from 2016 to 2022 for SARS.I can't login to my account since my phone was ****** that was linked to my account and my email address is not active.I have a new number and email address and new living address it is almost 2 years and 3 of my phones were already ******.They did not reply or confirm to my emails.I am a pensioner
