Hi SmokeDaddy’s Fourways team, Last night we decided to treat ourselves to your famous pork ribs — a little midweek indulgence! To our surprise, we discovered it’s no longer “Rib Special Tuesday,” but we went ahead anyway because, well… ribs. Unfortunately, our evening ended on a less smokin’ note — both of us wound up with what can only be described as a full-price digestive adventure (food poisoning) We love your food and your vibe, but our tummies are begging for mercy (and maybe a little sympathy discount?).

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent purchase I made at your Builders store in Fourways. On 15 Sep 202, I visited your store with the intention of purchasing four ceiling lights at R370 each. Unfortunately, I discovered that only three lights were available in-store. The store attendant informed me that I could purchase the remaining light online. However, when I visited your online store, I was surprised to find that the same light was being sold for R200 less. Given this significant price discrepancy, I decided to return the three lights I had purchased in-store. To my dismay, I was informed that returns were not possible because I intended to purchase the fourth light online at a lower price. I believe this policy is unfair and inconsistent. As a loyal customer of Builders, I expect a more transparent and accommodating approach to returns. I would appreciate it if you could reconsider your policy in this instance and allow me to return the three lights. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I’m unhappy I bought 3 pairs of pants on 7 Dec 2022, I sent back 2 pairs of pants because they to small, and on 14 Dec 2022, To date I haven’t received my 2 replacement pants. And nobody is answering the phone
