Placed an order drive naned Sami never deliver the order and order shows collect. Tried calling the driver no answer. And i want a refund never using this app or service again
Made an order with uber eats and the driver sami never deliver the order , called the store as money already went of my account and was told by the manger that is my problem. And i was charged over R300.00 for my order - i want my money back
I have moved into my new house in August 2022 and trying to get a fibre line into my premises , however due to the pervious tenants fibre line still shows as active , i was told that i needed to cancel the existing ISP (internet service provider) and order a new line , which is a needle in a haystack as Vumatel has alot of ISP's they deal with . i have missed out on all the deals that Vumatel had because , Mweb wont be able to assist me unless i cancel the existing ISP. IN Feb i tried again where they allowed me to give my information as well as forward proof of address so that they can clear the line with Vumatel . the whole of march passed and no feedback . on the 31st march i called the Mweb team who then advised me they are still waiting feedback from VumaTel, 30 days have passed with no communication or a status update, is it because its a Vuma Reach AREA (VR) that is suberized by the Government that my fibre issue is not taken serious . I run my business from home and because of the slow service im getting its impacting my business .
