Hi my name is neela Mansraj my claim number is HLC24/002381 i registered my claim on Monday for my house alarm system that is not working I told on Tuesday morning that the claim was approved and they was waiting for a menager to sign it so they can send me the loss of agreement form i have been waiting for the past two days and today when I called they said it couldn't be sign because of a claim i put in last year November which they only paid for my outdoor beam which I did replace so I would like to know what is going on in standard Bank building insurance my alarm is not working at the moment and it's very dangerous where I live I'm 68 year old woman please can you get someone from management to contact me ASAP regarding this matter because I don't feel safe in my home with my alarm not working can someone please call me ASAP today my number is 067 400 0271

I'm very frustrated with the service from standard Bank building insurance i have registered my claim almost a month ago last week Thursday they sent me the agreement of loss to sign which I did and I sent it back to them the same day I told on Friday that the payment was processed and it take 2 to 3 working days it's now been almost four days i did not receive any payment when I called in today to find out what's going on with my claim I told they still waiting for one more person to authorise the payment in order for them to release the funds which isn't fair to me as a customer of standard Bank I'm waiting to get started with the repairs to my house. My house has a Damned smell due to the water damage I'm getting really tired of standard Bank every time there is a new problem that comes up regarding my claim I would really like to speak to someone from management regarding this matter because I think i have had enough now with standard Bank my contract number 067 400 0271 please get someone from management to contact ASAP very disappointing with the service from standard Bank

I'm a very unhappy customer i registered my claim almost three weeks ago i ask for a cash pay out on my claim reason been i had endless problems with standard Bank service provider's in the past. But with this claim standard Bank building insurance is making me go around in circles which I really don't appreciate I'll will allow PHAHAMO POJECTS to drop off the door at my house because last week Tuesday I was told that they couldn't get the doors and I that i would get paid out for the Builder and the building cupboards from PMS.i am a very sickly person i suffers with asthma my house has a Damned smell due to the water damage I am sick of having to call standard Bank only to get told 100 difference stories every time I call can someone from management contact me ASAP regarding this matter I will really appreciate it
Hi my name is neela Mansraj I'm very disappointed with standard Bank building insurance service I registered a claim with them for the storm damage to my house i call standard Bank and ask them to pay me out i said i would get my own service provider to do the repairs and standard Bank refused to pay me out. I'm very disappointed with standard Bank building insurance i put in a claim last year January for my gate motor standard Bank sent out a service provider called tiger alarms the day tiger alarm came out to my property I was able to open the gate from the intercom for them to come in I not sure what they did while replacing the remote receiver on the gate motor but they damaged the intercom cable and i cannot open the gate from the intercom ever since i have called standard Bank building insurance so many times each time they say that they will get back to me by the end of the day which never happens I'm still Waiting for a call back and it as been almost a year that I can't open the gate from the intercom I have been a loyal customer to you guys for many years it's very disappointing that you guys send service provider's that doesn't know what they doing.we as customer's work hard for what we have and you guys send out service provider's that damages our stuff and leave.then we as customer's have to call you guys a 1000 times And Still get no help.
