Iām very disappointed in Metrofibre. My internet has been down since Tuesday morning. They keep saying my ticket is linked to an outage. Then ā we have escalated your ticket ā and that they are sending someone to come check and fix. Its been a week now and im still getting the same feedback And this happens almost every month with metrofibre.
