I tried the app for the first time in December, and I must say I’m not happy. On the day I placed my order they didn’t have a driver to deliver. I asked to cancel my order and asked for refund. It’s 3weeks later and haven’t received my money.
Dear Standard Bank I'm writing this email to express my disappointment from the unacceptable service that I've received from your bank On the 27th February 2023, I visited one of your branches ( Quagga Pretoria) to make a deposit. Unfortunately the money got jammed before I process the transaction. I called the toll free to log a complain immediately and was told they get back to me as soon as possible. After 2 weeks with no feedback, I than decided to visit the branch ( which was more than once), again I was told they've log a complain and I should be hearing from them soon. I got feedback from a lady called Koketso but there's no movement. It's been 7 weeks without any solution and I have no electricity since the money was for rent. I kindly ask you look into this matter and take the necessary action to resolve. I'm waiting for a reply from your side, preferably with satisfactory solution
