Bad business
I ordered an item 28Jan expecting delivery by 31 jan or latest 3 Feb. I have had no feedback on courier or anything. After having them dind my item which took a while I was informed the courier has not picked up the item yet but would today 3rd Feb. If I never contacted them I wonder if it would have been picked up today. When I informed them I am not happy I was told they will refund me and I must look somewhere else. This really is bad business. No apology at all.

Have Ordered Lead Acid Batteries from them. Paid in full but have received no feedback from them. Neither any Courier details. Have tried calling but go directly to voice Mail. Starting to look like a ****.

Great Service
This is the best online site I have bought from. Every time I order from them I receive my items far earlier than expected. Their service is great and their layout is great. I would suggest them to anyone.

Industrial Mesh Supplies
I urgently needed a quotation for steel mesh. They said it takes 10 to 12 days to make. I have waited 3 weeks for a quotation. On recieving the quotation there was no banking details for payment. It is now too late and I have still not recieved the banking details. They are totally useless.
