I have had a fairly ok experience from Renew-it Randburg. I was excited in December when my car was fixed by the team quite quick , I was able to negotiate to fetch my car in January as I was home in KZN. However i was quiet dissapointed when i did fetch my car in January - the paint job was not 100% done, my cars wheel alignment was not done properly and had a ESP sign show was a started driving on free way fast, my car got hit on the left hand rear and has a sensor there which now every time i reverse does not go away! I have since taken it back they fixed the paint, ESP sign and said the sensor would not give me problems. Its February again and I have since taken it back. I am hoping this time all my complaints and issues will be resolved. I must say staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I just hope they can fix my 2 issues now seat and rear sensor. I do wish I was informed by my customer agent that they do assist with pick ups and drop offs when she asked me to come fetch my car in January. Those small acts of customer service go along way for us as the customer. SHOUT out the the driver who drove me to work at Renewit yesterday, he was an amazing old man
I am writing to formally complain how Kiara Lodge has not paid my R11,200, which they were supposed to pay 7 days after 15th January. I am so disappointed in the run around they have given me regarding my payment, its just sooo scary how organisations operate
