I contacted FNB today to have my credit card (which was issued by FNB) added to my online profile. I was given the incorrect phone number (it seems) and was then put through to a different number which was also wrong and I was put through to a different extension which was also not correct and was again put through to a third number which put my through to the 4th number (which is the number I dialed first ). Fifteen minutes later I was back where I started and none the wiser. I eventually received help from yet another extension. I was advised that I have to complete a few pages of paperwork, submit them and then wait 7 days for a reply. Clearly FNB does not know much about efficient customer service and they clearly have also not moved into the digital era just yet. Pathetic.
After driving BMWs for nearly 40 years my last sales experience put me off forever. Disappointing from start to end. Once I signed on the dotted line the sales person turned into a sloth and dropped the ball repeatedly. When I collected the new vehicle (stupid me - on a Friday afternoon - how can I be so inconsiderate ?) the same person had zero time nor patience and the introduction to my new vehicle was over before it even started. Oh yes - and I was told I can also watch videos for my model on You tube .....:) :) The most wonderful and efficient person at SMG is Waleed at the workshop - I salute you and I will miss you forever.....
Would not order again : No delivery - parcel has to be collected. Extra tax and customs - not indicated at the time for sale. Company cannot be contacted.
