Yesterday my debt order was suppose to go through and i didn't in the morning i got a mesage saying that the debt order didn't go through so i checked my bank and nothing went of. I then went on the message and did an eft payment asap. After I made the payment a debt order went of on my account and declined due to insufficient funds because i already made the payment from my account and therefore I pay a penalty fee. My internet speed was cut down to 3mbs. I called a consultant who assisted me and advised me to send a pop through to the billing department so i did. The lady said everything will be sorted first she wanted me to pag R50 to connect to the server i mean that is ridiculous because i paid my fee. To my suprise yet another debt order went through and i checked on my rain dashboard and it says i am outstanding??????? I do not understand how the communication works in this company or how they organize payments but i am very upset about this matter I depend on the internet to finish my studies and now i cannot study. So what os to do I ask?????? This is really bad service from you guys and I expected better especially for the fact that I advise rain service to everyone i meet. I honestly feel embarrassed and disappointed. I urge rain to assist me on this matter and I would like to know what are the steps for the future because i cannot struggle like this please advise me.

Poor poor service been waiting for a week now agter multiple phone calls i have even spoken to supervisor regarding my issue but nothing happens all im told the whole time is that it is highlighted and then nothing happens after that i am going to cancel my rain if the problem persists.
Very very very bad service have a problem with my router since 8 aug 2023 and it is now 13 aug 2023 and nothing has been done although promises have been made over and over again i would not recommend this ips to anyone.when payment is due it has to be paid otherwise they cut it of but if i have a problem i have to wait and wait and wait
