Worst service at Dekra Westgate! Irene Pheeha has zero customer service skills — acting like she’s doing you a favour. I got there at 11:30 and only got helped at 14:30, with no updates. Staff were busy chatting amongst themselves about what happened in their neighbour, completely ignoring customers. Waiting isn’t the issue; the problem is being ignored. A simple alert that the wait was three hours would have made a difference. Instead, when you ask, no one cares — they just tell you to wait in your car. My advice: avoid this place, the service is terrible.

The worst service ever , FNB has been deducting money on my account saying its for items paid with no funds- been calling because I have not been on a minus - no one can give me answers- Spoke to Thami and he kept me on hold for over 30min , clear he wanted me to hung up I mean you cant say to me please hold I need to check something and keep me on hold without any update , I'm enough with this bank, you **** me then cant give me answers
