The 1 star I give is only because you can't give any less. They are absolutely ripping people off. I accidentally locked my keys inside my VW Citi golf. The R295 callout fee seemed reasonable and so I figured the total cost could not be much higher since I knew it was going to be a quick job. The techician arrived on site and opened my car within 5 minutes after then I recieved an invoice for R2600!! FOR A 5 MINUTE JOB!!! Thats absolutely absurd!! Please do NOT use them, they will shred you for everything you have! I'll be reviewing every single one of their pages in attemp to warn other people from making the same mistake. 1000% sill never use their services again
This review is targeted to Vox head office. The vox employee based in my town helped me alot in regards to steps that should he taken and who to contact. Thank you for all your help. REVIEW START: Unfortunateltly there's no option to give a ZERO star rating Vox, you have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Dont get me wrong, the quality of the internet connection is fantastic, never had any problems with my connection, until now a few months ago, which I have reported to your support, only to recieve no feedback. a Month later I sent another email to support to inform that my internet is still not working as it should. Guess what? Yup,... again got no feedback, 4 or 5 emails later I recieve a notice for suspension because my account was overdue by almost R6000 (note that on each debit date stipulated in the agreement there was sufficient funds in my bank account so that the debit can go off, but if you dont take the money 5 months in a row, its now my fault??? ARE YOU SERIOUS??? suddenly I get a bill for R5760 in one month! How do you expext me to pay this? Money isnt falling out of my ass! Who has almost R6000 laying around that you can quickly spend in one go?) Now my account is suspended because you didnt take the money when you had to, I got a contact number to Vox's debtors departement to call them and explain my situation and try to resolve it peacefully. Guess what?... Yuuuup, again no answer! I've been sitting in a call queue with the phone ringing for 13 minutes!! Not once, but twice, on 2 seperate days! (Thursday and Friday) I dont want my Vox account terminated, I just want it FIXED! But I cannot for the life of me get through to Vox and communicate with them, and now I got a "final demand" letter from their deptors department stating that I owe now over R6000 and if i don't pay immediately the will implement "legal actions" So you know what Vox? BRING YOUR LAWYERS! ALL OF THEM! I'M READY FOR YOU! I'LL SEE YOU IN COURT, AND EXPECT A COUNTER CLAIM! Time to be nice is over. I've tried everything from my side.
