I am so annoyed... Took out a vodacom contract online and now because of this ****ing company who are a bunch of ****mers I'm not accused of ***** ... vodacom isn't able to help me because of the ***** case and admin lock... so ****ed off and now all vodacom can do is let me talk to a bot... ***.....
After fighting to get a 24 month contract. I was force to go with a 36 month contract..got the phone and 1 month later still unable to use the phone and apparently I'm accused of *****... customer care ZERO effort ZERO help... patiently waiting for what's next... apparently I need to pay for the service even if I'm not able to use it and it not being my fault...well done vodacom...
I'm guessing you can't give a zero star review.. So my previous contract with vodacom was 24 months and more expensive phone...contract done and cancel...all cool... Decide to get another phone but abit cheaper and decides to choose 24 month but to find out NOPE if you want the phone you will have to take 36 month contract or leave the phone.. All of a sudden my credit score is bad ? My banking app says its over the moon good.. never missed 1 payment on my previous contact.. so I'm guessing telling the sales person I need the phone gives them the right to bully you into 36month contract...Well done vodacom keep up the great work..
2nd contract and again problems with just getting the Phone. After 2 years you would think service would be better.. Two days since ram left me in the smoke and not ram or vodacom contacted me. I'm not even sure if the contract is valid or what. Hopefully if do get a call from vodacom the person on the other end wont put the call down like the last time. fingers x
So I ordered a cellphone off Vodacom's website, yet again problems. Would think after 2 years things would change. BUT RAM!!! the guy calls ....Hello we out side! I tell the guy im around the corner as its during working hours. The driver of the RAM van decides waiting 1min is a waste of his time. So as they drive off I call them on the number they called me and the driver decides NO im not going to stop!!! so I go around to the passenger side and I tell them the package is for me. They ask for identification I show them my drivers license as this was good enough for the bank and in store at vodacom. The driver says no and drives along.. So im guessing waiting a few more days for greater service from ram or just cancel the delivery and go to a different provider, that uses a different courier service
