I’m really disappointed with my experience. I purchased a women’s purse just before Christmas and selected the collection option, as the website indicated an 8–9 day turnaround. From that point on, I tried multiple times to get in touch to confirm business hours and collection details before Christmas. I phoned (no answer and no return call), emailed (no response), sent a WhatsApp, and even tried Instagram DM and not once did I receive any feedback. The product may be great, but the complete lack of communication is extremely frustrating. As a paying customer, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect at least one response across four different communication channels. I really hope this can be resolved, but based on my experience so far, the customer service has been very disappointing.
Megashift Logistics were great. They arrived on time and were very pleasant to deal with. Friendly staff that worked very efficiently. I would hight recommend Megashift Logistics to anyone that is moving home or office.
