I honestly think they are running a ****. I think the positive reviews on here are ****. I also can not get through telephonically. I was "1st in line for over 35 min". How does that work? Then the phone just cut off.....with no answer. If you are lucky enough to reside in the Western Cape, give the education department a call. They did assist me. I have also not received any email response from Umalusi. From reviews its sounds nice to work there, apparently staff get free food and tea daily. As it doesnt look like they work much. I am not done after this hellopeter review.

Call logged on Sunday 23 April. Today Wednesay the 26th with zero response!!! This is utterly unacceptable!!! How can a business run like this. No way to contact them. Just a stupid useless bot, that can't help at all.
