However, to my surprise, the battery arrived in just 3 business days. I must say, I am extremely satisfied with the speedy delivery and the overall service provided by GIFTGUIDE. The battery was in perfect condition and exactly as described on their website. I highly recommend GIFTGUIDE to anyone looking for reliable and efficient service. I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent order I placed on your website. While there was no issue with the delivery of the ordered item, I did have some serious concerns regarding the overall service and customer experience. Despite the item being listed as 'in stock' on the website, I had to wait for 10 days before the product was delivered. To make matters worse, instead of receiving the battery charger that I had ordered, I was sent a cell phone holder. I immediately contacted your customer service team to rectify the issue, and the return process was smooth. However, despite the product being marked as 'refunded' in the return tracking system, neither money nor credit has been reimbursed. Despite several emails and attempts to intervene on the website, I have yet to receive any response or update. It is extremely frustrating to have to deal with these issues, especially when it was a mistake on your end. I was left feeling like your company does not care about its customers and that it is solely focused on making a profit. Even a simple apology would have gone a long way in repairing my trust in your brand. I hope that in the future, your company will take responsibility for any mistakes made and work towards improving the overall customer experience. As of now, I cannot recommend your service to others, and I urge you to take immediate steps to rectify this situation.
