Lame company. I ordered something on their website (1 item available), only to be informed 4 days later that item was not available and the transaction was cancelled. If you want a gift, I suggest you guide your fingers somewhere other than these guys.

I saw an item advertised for R295 on the Gift Guide website and enquired about availability. A quote came back, and the price was suddenly increased to R699! Not good business practice at all. Be careful before placing any order. Prices seem to be changes withing hours!

These guys advertise a product, you buy it and then 5 days later they tell you they don't have it. Now I have to start all over again. This is very disappointing, I recommend don't buy from them. Damn that's disappointing.

Hi Tammy, If RAM courier you need to seriously get rid of them, I am going to raise the issue with my broker and to escalate this to the insurance. I waited for expected delivery today and cancelled appointments. That after I called the RAM office multiple times to confirm that my parcel "tracking number: UARMJC94" would be delivered today. I saw update on the tracking website "RAMMobile NonDelivery - Unavailable - Home - Contact Not Available." Your driver is dishonest. I was home waiting just for this delivery. With my phone next to me. I want prove where your driver called me and I was not available!!! According to the tracking on the website the parcel was sent from Durban to Johannesburg and then Cape Town. This is crazy and believe contribution to bad service. Please get this resolved as I can not keep cancelling my appointments when you chose delivery companies to possibly save cost and then it affects my life.

Disgusting service, don't order from them. I place an order, and the game console doesn't work. Reported it, phoned and they refuse to help. Keep ignoring my messages and haven't organised collection or refund. They are the worst company to buy from. I wish I never bought from them.

I recently placed an order with GIFTGUIDE for a 120ah battery. According to their website, the estimated delivery time was 7-10 days. However, to my surprise, the battery arrived in just 3 business days. I must say, I am extremely satisfied with the speedy delivery and the overall service provided by GIFTGUIDE. The battery was in perfect condition and exactly as described on their website. I highly recommend GIFTGUIDE to anyone looking for reliable and efficient service. I recently placed an order with GIFTGUIDE for a 120ah battery. According to their website, the estimated delivery time was 7-10 days. However, to my surprise, the battery arrived in just 3 business days. I must say, I am extremely satisfied with the speedy delivery and the overall service provided by GIFTGUIDE. Likely the risk of being an online store but I had placed an order for a new Philips 5000 series shaver which came in at R1326 vs R1799 elsewhere. Made payment but only to hear that their supplier was out of stock and my order cancelled. Looking at their website again - prices have been increased in line with the going rate and item in stock. Contract law generally is offer and acceptance but grey area here in cancelling. Cannot recommend this store owing to this unscrupulous behaviour
