Dear Travellers, Please be careful of this Travel agency, Mr Andre Naidoo is the owner of this agency. He will offer you cheap prices and then at the last minute give you the itenary which includes USD 500 to pay for water and lunches etc. My sister had to cancel her trip after paying R24000 which to date has not been returned because she couldn't afford the USD 500 which was NOT budgeted for. The clients are not aware until 3/4 weeks after asking for the itenary they find this out. PLease this is a NO GO tour agency. Thanks

To my understanding, FMH has been catered for the poor and low income bracket. Please make me understand why police officers; engineers; business men etc are living in those flats moreover owning more than one flat. My sister had app**** in November 2022, and all her documents were sent to FMH offices on numerous occassions..Still after enquiring this year in February 2023, apparently certain documents are missing. Now, they only tell you these important things only when you go to the offices, not even on email. So eventually they said they received all documents. Two weeks ago, 02 May 2023, the offices advised my sister that she doesn't qualify and the 3 months deposit that was paid in Feb 2023 will be given after 28 days. How can this matter be resolved? There is too much bribery and *******ion WRT this and help is needed urgently. There are families living there and rent has not been paid for over a year but people who are in dire need of the flat are being turned down. I would like to escalate this matter further please! Thank you.
