TICKET 800258705 i lodged a complaint and i received ticket .i was advised that tv will be collected 28/5/2024 between 2pm and 5pm. i waited and nothing not even a call . 30,31 may and 3June 2024 nothing even after i sent emails to query what the issue is. this is poor service of them all. customer centric training in needed . how you leave a client hanging is beyond me. I contacted the company contracted to attend to repairs on 5 june and i was advised that a courier company will contact me to fetch Tv .its been 2 weeks waiting for the tv to be collected .its outrageous that they treat their customers like this. Don't buy the tv thinking you have warranty.they will not help you when you need help
i bought a sinotec tv in 2022 with a 2 year warranty. The tv was great until 2 months ago it switches off and no on its own. You will wait 10 to 15 minuted before it switches off.i logged a call to Marko polokwane to come collect it. 1 week later no word. I contect sinotec and lodged claim. A week later no collection so i contact them and some said story i must wait again. Its a ploy to get my warranty to fall off.i have written so may complains and emails but they are mum.be warned skyworth the pits
I took up supersonic a day after connection it was not working and I requested a cancelation in early August 2023,i was told I need to put a month notice. So end of September 2023 they would call me to fetch the wifi. Now when I call for them to fetch I am told I need to pay and they keep sending me invoices and try to debit my account. When you call the call center you are told yes it's canceled but they keep trying to debit my account
I took out an investment for my daughter and they were deducting from my account. I then canceled it due to affordability. I went to branch and I was assisted. A week later no communication I then call the center and I spent 20+minutes on the phone being told that my money will be paid within 9 days. 2 days later I told to resubmit same documents I sent and an account is to be opened. In all my interactions with them I was never told about bank account..they are trying to frustrate me with this process so I can leave the money. They are ****mers
