I recently had an unfortunate experience with Rapid Rentals that left me feeling both disappointed and taken advantage of. I had been feeling unsafe in my home, suspecting that someone may have been accessing my property. In an effort to regain some peace of mind, I contacted Rapid Rentals to change the door locks. I was shocked when I received the bill for a total of R2,400 for this simple service. The maintenance guy who came to replace the locks mentioned that the cost of the locks themselves was around R600. They are useless and taking advantage of tenants
On 22/09/2024, I visited the KFC Gezina just after 21:00 to place an order. Unfortunately, half of the items I wanted were unavailable because, as I was told, the staff had already started packing and preparing to close. My question is: why is the closing time set at 22:00 if customers arriving just after 21:00 are unable to place a full order? One of the items I wanted to order was a simple Krusher, but I was informed that it was unavailable because they already packed away for the night. This has left me quite disappointed, as I believe that stores should offer the full menu until the advertised closing time. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and ensure that customers are provided with the full range of services up until the official closing time. This would help avoid future frustration and improve the overall customer experience.
