Fed up
Worst service ever. contacted them, sent our details, received a quote. payment from us was followed up. we did the payment and was given a date. We were informed on the moving day that the truck wont make it as the load it was transporting could not be offloaded the precious day. then a date was given again, also on the day, an hour before truck would have arrived, the truck apparently broke down. On the Saturday we were informed that the truck is by Toyota and our stuff will be loaded on Wednesday 06.11.2024. Tried contacting the company through whatsapp, whatsapp calling, normal calling and email. no response. lady that chats on whatsapp is not responding to me but goes online. No response as well. Emailing is literately a waste of time as we dont get feedback on that either. very disappointed and angry. How can people do this to others.

Fibre ****
****py service, always have problems. Paying for not having fibre. Maybe we must stop paying then we will mybe have fibre. Service from call centre is pathetic if you get service. Fed up with paying an arm and a leg but not getting what i pay for
