So after intermittent connection for the past 3 weeks and constant phone calls, another ISP reference logged yesterday. It was mentioned that they will send a technician out today. Then after my phone call to my service provider now, my service provider advised me that their feedback this afternoon says that they fixed it remotely today. So tell me.... if it was fixed remotely, should there not have been confirmation call made to me and confirmation given by me that it's working? No phonecall was received by myself on both my contact numbers registered in their database. So now, I am still waiting.... So is my workstation at home also waiting..... and my customers that I need to respond to is still waiting..... my kids homework is still waiting...... Not sure till when.... Standard practice with fixing connections remotely is to follow up to ensure that it is in actual fact working. Please relay this to your Team, or maybe they deem us, your customer, not important enough.
So after a sales pitch in Promenade Mall an agent "404" sells to me a contract that will only be debited after I telephonically agree with medicnow that I accept. Today I am out of pocket the fees as my account was debited and I am still waiting for my finalization phone call. Is this how you do business? Medicnow also tells me they will not refund me at all. Then their agent slams the telephone in my ear.... Next complaint will have names if I am not assisted proactively.
Was on the line for 37minutes at 11am and sent a message to chat bot after the call. It is now 15h00 and not one response from the chatbot at all. The contact number 0860 439 773 now directly goes to saying it is not in service. I work from home and is currently inconvenienced as I am not updated on any occurrences and have no idea of any possible resolution to this.
