I waited 1 hour work a cup of coffee. When I asked for the manager the waiter made up an excuse to say that the manager is busy at the back with stock take. After 1 hour they make the coffee and when my cousins ordered coffee cold milk they bring a tub of 6 sugar and no sweetener and no s**** to mix the coffee. After having the coffee that didn't taste like coffee and that is one thing you can't make a mistake with. The manager came and he said he is sorry for the service but this is not acceptable and the place is not busy. This is not the first place I have been to where the service is bad and nothing happens to get the stranded back up it is like they just don't want to work
Blackview South African has fix the BL6000pro and has given me the service as expected from the company. I do recommend the phone and there service.
Blackview South Africa has the worst service ever! I asked them to fix my screen on a BL6000pro and then I got told that my charging port and back cover must also get changed when the items still work. They refused to just repair the screen on the BL6000pro. When I went to collect the phone that was not repaired, my friend asked to speak to the technician, due to the guy who helped us answering every question with the phrase "I'm not a technician so I can't answer that" . The technician refused to come and talk to us.
