then promised to contact me with more available vehicles the Monday which never happened. On Monday as Nissan Allen approached Riana to tell her I am purchasing the demo XUV300 she told him as well it’s a demo 2023 with 12000km. Allen then returned to Nissan to proceed with the bank however once the paperwork arrived the vehicle turned out to be a 2021 model with almost 140000km on the clock, rattling my finance application. Allen then again returned to Mahindra to ask questions but got shut and even management had no interest in resolving anything except for saying that’s what is for sale. If this wasn’t enough even the second vehicle she showed was a complete lie having over a 100000km more on the clock than said. I myself then returned to mahindra demanding to speak to the branch manager as I just app**** for finance on a *****ulent sale. I was merely told the manager is not available as she works remotely by the receptionist and that they are sorry. This is a very serious matter. Selling cars with false models and mileage is no joke.
Wonderful service and adviced received from Hloniphile Magwaza. Ultimately her input ended saving me a lot of money on my claim and spared me from a lot of inconvenience due to an incorrect finding from the service provider that did the assessment on my laptop for a claim.
