I am very disappointed with rain network, your network is disgusting 🫣, very poor, What exactly i am I paying for because most of the time I can't access your network? Nooo I can't pay for something I dont use, you just reaping me njee, you keep sending messages but you deducting all the money for what?
I am extremely upset with how you handle my claim, my gersey is leaking and you are sending people to come fix it but this people they can't use roof to fix it they want to put it outside the house which is not something we want because its the second time we claim and the first company used the roof, so now if we allow them to use the roof we must sign for indemnity incase the damaged the roof, how can i do that while it is your people that you have send no i cant just let this pass like this while i am paying so much NOOOOO
I am very disappointed with the driver that went to collected a wrong parcel and scanned the information in my name, they have delivered a wrong package and it was supposed to be for my son's birthday today, i had to drive to collected and they don't want to give me my refund back because its the drivers fault not mine, i phone the shop to enquire about this mess and they stated it was the driver because he came requesting a parcel for someone and the next day he returned again to collect the same parcel and he signed for it already. the Courier Guy I WANT MY MONEY BACK
I am very disappointed with your bed, I bought sealy posture premium at Bradlows in 2020 around November but since last year I no longer enjoy my sleep because of waist pains and I have already rotated the bed now 4 times and I thought I am the only one but even my husband is complaining about the same pains l, how long does your bed last actually? I am so disappointed I can't afford to buy a new bed but I wake up with pains my beauty sleep is gone it's not even 5 years using this bed and my husband he only comes on weekends so I am the only one who sleep on this bed all the time nah, what a waste of money
Rain no longer cares about its customers at all, i have 3 weeks will slow or no connections internet and 4 day no connection at all, i have tried to call them they told me about a faulty tower but they have deducted the full amount while i have to buy data with another network to connect, i am so so disappointed with how you handling your matters and the worse you don't care about customer.
